Last batch!
These 4 are the last pieces that I have done so far from my series on wood panels Gentlemen and Gentlewomen. They are all big pieces on a 40 cm circular board, and available for sale in my website. Enjoy!

I enjoy the hand embroidered collages on retro postcards from the textile artist and designer Francesca Colussi Cramer. Like me, Francesca is an Italian expat now based in UK, and we have a huge love for all the things vintage in common.
I truly love how she combines a contemporary style with these images, and the colour palettes are always on point as well. You can also find her on Instagram.
These 2 pieces are the biggest one created for my ongoing series “Gentlewomen“. They are vintage portraits on wood panel, but here I just used pens for the whole painting and decoration.
The pictures are both the portrait of the same woman, so I thought to create a “twin” decoration, where patterns are repeated in both pieces with some small variants.
They are available in my website into the collection “Art on Wood“.
I am a massive fan of Emma Sutherland artworks.
Her mixed media explorations are filled with depth and brightness, where there is always a touch of neon colours as well. I enjoy the fact that each piece is carefully layered, where you have to visually “scratch” the surface, to discover all the beauty within each work.
You can also find her on Instagram.
Here’s a new batch of artwork on round wood panels, they are part of my ongoing series “Gentlemen” and “Gentlewomen“.
This time I made 3 small and 3 big ones, I felt super inspired and productive.
You can see the complete collection in my website called “Art on Wood“.
Enjoy!
I am super inspired by the minimalist paper cut collages by Daiva Visocky. I enjoy her perfect way to mix and match fashion portraits with nature, making pure and balanced abstract compositions.
Discover more of her works on Instagram.
This is an ongoing series called “Gli Strappi Sui Muri” (Tears On The Walls), that I am working on.
“Gli Strappi Sui Muri” (Tears On The Walls), is a brand new series about a personal research on memories and “history layers”. I wanted to imagine a wall where our memories (the photo) get slowly covered by time, represented by paper stripes and paint interventions. Every time we look at a picture it changes in time and space, revealing us a new layer. While we grow up, we connect with our memories in a different level, and time erodes them slowly.Â
Colourful!
Enjoy the bright paper compositions by the German artist Christian Wischnewski.

New batch!
Enjoy 3 new pieces created during the last week and part of my series “Gentlewomen“.
I am still working on circular wood panels using a combination of gouache painting, acrylic and gel pens.
The pictures are original vintage portraits glued over the panel.
You can find them available in my collection “Art On Wood“.
In love!
Enjoy the handmade collages on vintage book covers and the “magic” paper overlapping by the Danish artist Anne Misfeldt.
