The 9+10 of June (Saturday-Sunday) I will be part of this amazing event organised by Crafty Fox Market at the Kindred Studios. During this weekend the Kindred artist studios will be open to the public, and Crafty Fox is organising a big party in the same venue. 

There will be plenty of designers/makers and illustrators stalls, where you can find unique handmade beauties to bring home, and several free workshops to try. The entry is completely free too, so prepare yourself for a huge creative weekend!

I will have a stall Saturday 9th of June, you are more than welcome to come by and have a chat with me. You can also see and purchase my original pieces and fine art prints too. Sunday 10th of June I will have a fun interactive and collaborative installation at the Kindred Studios cafe.

During this workshop I will help and give advice in how to decorate by hand giant posters of vintage portraits (they are big!), using unusual materials as stickers, washi tape and marker pens.

Temporary Exhibition in Fruängen

One of my most well-known works Portrait Of A Young H.P. Lovecraft is exhibited on a temporary exhibition in Långbro Värdshus, a very elegant restaurant in Stockhlom.

The Time Travelers Exhibition Usa

So happy!

At the Kimball Art Center is running my new solo exhibition called The Time Travelers. I gave to the event the same name of my very first solo exhibition here in Ireland, I wanted to keep this name to create a kind of connection between the two events, even if this time is different and very far away from where I live (in the Usa).

Prosecco e Pop Corn Exhibition

My video The Media Infidels will be shown at Prosecco e Pop Corn, an art event in Bari, Italy.

I am really happy that I have been invited to this event, they will be present other video art works of great artist like Bill Viola. I consider it a big honor, so thanks so much to Chiara Buzzi for taking my work in consideration!

Purple Sunday – 320° Licht

Happy Sunday everyone!

Enjoy 320° Licht’ installation, where a gasometer was transformed in a cathedral-like beauty just using an intricate projection of shapes and lights.

Within a radius of 320 degrees graphic patterns grow and change on the 100-metre high inside wall of the Gasometer.

The observer experiences the interplay between real and virtual space, in which the Gasometer seems to dissolve into its own, filigree structures and yet finally always reverts to its clear shape. ’320° Licht’ is achieved with kind project support from Epson Germany.

With approx. 20,000 square meters of area played upon, the installation is among the world’s largest and technically most sophisticated interior projections – interconnecting 21 powerful projectors to one projection screen.

Duration (loop): approx. 22 min.

‘320° Licht’ is part of the exhibition ‘The Appearance of Beauty’ – the variety of beauty in art that is shown inside the Gasometer.

I was really excited and nervous at the same time, but it was an amazing experience that I really enjoyed.

The Time Travellers Exhibition

Hi everyone,

apologies but in these last weeks I’ve been really busy and I didn’t have so much time to dedicate to the blog.

The good news are that I had to spend all my spare time to prepare  my very first solo exhibition!

I am really happy to announce you that on Friday 2nd May will start “The Time Travellers“, where I will exhibit hundreds of my collage artworks! 

Everyone is welcome, below you can see a preview invitation and all the details about the event.

Opening: Friday 2nd May 2014, from 18 to 20 pm

Exhibition end: 29th of June 2014

Location: Luan Gallery, Athlone – Ireland

The gallery is open from Tues – Sat 11.00 – 17.00 and Sunday 12.00 – 17.00, closed on Mondays.
