Inspired!
This week I show you the minimal, humorous and elegant collages by Ginexín.
Fun!
Last Friday I went to my very first Etsy Craft Party, and it was amazing. I had the chance to see the awesome Etsy Dublin offices and to chat with several crafters and artists. I went there with my friend Adriana, aka Joystitch, and we really had a lot of fun.
We enjoyed fresh and yummy food, we explored the amazing building and we also had the chance to do some workshops. Below a little gallery about my “Etsy adventure”.
Enjoy!.
April project!
This is my art experiment done for the April Creative Unblock, an Instagram challenge launched from The Jealous Curator blog.
For this month the instructions were the following:
“Make a little sculpture using a found object. Find something around your house, at a thrift store, a wacky junk store, anywhere! An object that is about as big as your hand or smaller is probably the best size to start with, so it’s not overwhelming. And make sure it’s something you don’t mind ruining. This is just suppose to be fun after all! And then transform the heck out of it! Paint on it, glue things to it, cut it in half and glue it back to itself, or glue it to something else. Use the objects color and shape to inspire you.”
So I walked in the city center through charity and thrift shops to look for an old object easy to paint and to bring with me. I found a wooden candle holder that was perfect for my idea! I transformed it into a colorful object using fluorescent acrylic paint and I finished the work with some dots decorations with my pens.
Below all the phases of the project (you can find all the images in my Instagram profile too), I hope you enjoy it!

So creative!
Teresa Freitas transforms her Instagram shots into surreal photo sets. I love the way she combines portraits and natural elements.
The past week I have been for a little trip to London, weather was great, I was really lucky!
I visited the Tate Modern, Saatchi Gallery and I walked a lot in the city centre.
I’ve also been in some cool restaurants that I really recommend you, like:
The Table for breakfast (yummy pancakes and waffles!)
Burger & Lobster – rich & affordable lobster menus
Barrica – awesome Spanish tapas
Sticks’n’Sushi – a fusion between Danish and Japanese cook
Rosso Pomodoro – Italian restaurant, approved 🙂
Below some photos of my London holiday, and if you have any other places to suggest for the next time, you’re very welcome to share them on the comments!
I have seen the ocean for the very first time!
Last Monday I went to Galway and I spent an awesome day walking along the coast.
Below some Instagram photos of my little trip.
Sunday I went for a walk from Kilkenny To Bennetsbridge and back.
I’ve seen wonderful places, the weather was cloudy but really fine and at the end of the day I was exhausted! (the walk was about 20 kilometers in total).
Below some Instagram shots about this little but intense trip, I hope you enjoy!
Live music!
Last weekend I spent wonderful times going to the O2 to listen two awesome bands: Sigur Ros and Queens of the Stone Age.
Here they are some Instagram photos and videos of their perfomances.
