Upcoming Exhibition “Tell My Story”

Exciting news! I will exhibit in Brighton at Metropolis Contemporary gallery, along with the amazing artist Naledi Modupi. The show is called “Tell My Story” where you can find a bunch of my original works and some fine art prints.

The opening will be the first October, the event will run until the 23rd of November. If you are in Brighton or you are willing to go the next month, feel free to pass by!
The gallery owner Raffaella is a lovely girl, I am very happy to have been involved into this exhibition. 

Purple Events – The London Artisan

Yay!

Sunday 18th of December I will attend my very first off line market during to The London Artisan event. You can find my stall inside The Old Truman Brewery, a very nice building in the heart of East London.

During this event I will bring with me some of my tiny original artworks and plenty of prints as postcards, stickers and posters. I will have different affordable art gift box options, in case you would like to make a special Christmas present.

Magical!

Studio Inty, in collaboration with Studio OpArts and the sound designer Tim Aminov, realized this stunning interactive lights installation for LifeZone exhibition in Moscow. The viewers of this installation were able to interact with it, where a “haunted forest” came to life in a suggestive mixture of lights, shadows and music.

Installation offers the viewer to feel the atmosphere of the mystical forest and meet its inhabitants, by moving the light beam through the panoramic visual surface. The installation was placed in the center of contemporary art M’Ars, within interactive exhibition LifeZone (Moscow, May-June 2015).
To implement the idea of “magic light bulb” we have used IR LEDs in combination with a system of four high-fps cameras. To work with high-resolution (8K), we had to assemble a cluster of 4 computers.
A special area for photographing, where people could take a photo with one of the inhabitants of the forest, was organized next to the installation. Within two months over thousand photos have been shared.

 

Temporary Exhibition in Fruängen

One of my most well-known works Portrait Of A Young H.P. Lovecraft is exhibited on a temporary exhibition in Långbro Värdshus, a very elegant restaurant in Stockhlom.

The Time Travellers Exhibition – Video

What a surprise!

A few days ago I realized that it was made a little video about my very first solo exhibition in Athlone, Ireland. It was really hard to set up the show, but at the end I just can say that it was worth.

On the video you will also see the solo shows of the talented painters Seán Guinan and Catherina Hearne.

The Time Travelers Exhibition Usa

At the Kimball Art Center is running my new solo exhibition called The Time Travelers. I gave to the event the same name of my very first solo exhibition here in Ireland, I wanted to keep this name to create a kind of connection between the two events, even if this time is different and very far away from where I live (in the Usa).

Light Barrier

Light wonders!

Light Barrier is an awesome installation that creates floating graphic objects just using the “power” of light.

The project was realized by Kimchi and Chips art studio.

Prosecco e Pop Corn Exhibition

Tempi Residui Exhibition

Hi all,

I have been so busy in these weeks and I completely forgot to post on this blog, apologies guys!

I just want to let you know that this Friday I will do a new solo exhibition about my collages here in Ireland, this time in Dublin! I am really excited and nervous, but that’s ok.

Purple Sunday – 320° Licht

Happy Sunday everyone!

Enjoy 320° Licht’ installation, where a gasometer was transformed in a cathedral-like beauty just using an intricate projection of shapes and lights.

Within a radius of 320 degrees graphic patterns grow and change on the 100-metre high inside wall of the Gasometer.

The observer experiences the interplay between real and virtual space, in which the Gasometer seems to dissolve into its own, filigree structures and yet finally always reverts to its clear shape. ’320° Licht’ is achieved with kind project support from Epson Germany.

With approx. 20,000 square meters of area played upon, the installation is among the world’s largest and technically most sophisticated interior projections – interconnecting 21 powerful projectors to one projection screen.

Duration (loop): approx. 22 min.

‘320° Licht’ is part of the exhibition ‘The Appearance of Beauty’ – the variety of beauty in art that is shown inside the Gasometer.
