Awesome series!
This is Atlanti by the Italian artist photographer (and friend) Enrico Smerilli.
This work was realized with the juxtaposition of archival material (photographs from magazines and encyclopedias about the natural world), to create surreal and poetic images.
The result is simply amazing, below some of my favorites.
